These policies apply to all services provided by DOPORTO TRAVEL (Doporto Travel S.A. de C.V.). We understand that travel plans can change so we are committed to providing you with flexibility and reasonable options should you need to make any changes to your reservation.

 

General Policies.

Rates shown on the site are valid only on the day they were quoted. Rates apply specifically to the service requested; Otherwise rates may vary. A reservation is considered complete when you have a confirmation number and the corresponding charge has been applied.

Please print your coupon to avoid any delays upon arrival.

Any change or cancellation of your reservation must be made in writing through email info@doportotravel.com or telephone communication at +52 (998) 169 5920 at least 48 hours before the start of the service.
Early cancellation requests allow us to adjust our scheduling and help other customers.

 

Any change to the reservation is subject to availability and possible changes in rates.

Changes in Departure services can only be applied free of charge if they are requested 8 hours before your pick up time and within customer service hours from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

For cancellations within 24 hours before the start of the transfer service or in the event that the client does not show up (no-show), 100% of the service not taken will be charged and the proportional part of the service pending to be granted will be refunded. (if there was one).

 

Payment Policy.

To pay for your reservation, we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards. If you do not have a credit card, you can send us a bank transfer or pay by bank deposit.

Please take into account the following:

Photos on the website are representative only and do not guarantee an exact representation upon arrival.
Doporto Travel reserves the right to reject any client at any time.
Any claim must be received no later than fifteen (15) days after its arrival at your destination. After the indicated time, your request loses all validity.

Specific Policies for Tours and Excursions.

Changes or cancellations to tours or excursions must be made a minimum of 48 hours in advance of the scheduled start time. Please send us an email to info@doportotravel.com or call us at +52 (998) 169 5920

Cancellations within 12 hours or at the time of activity start will be subject to 100% charges.

In the event that weather or safety conditions prevent the scheduled tour or excursion from taking place, a rescheduling will be offered at no additional charge or, depending on the situation, a refund less 10% of the total paid for administration expenses.

 

Policies for Groups or Special Reservations.

For groups or special reservations, the cancellation policy agreed upon during the reservation process will apply.

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed within a reasonable period after approval of a valid cancellation request. Refunds are made according to the payment method that the customer has made. Please take into account that when making said refund your bank will apply administration fees for said process. Please check with your bank.

We understand that each situation is unique and we are willing to consider exceptional circumstances. If you have specific concerns or questions about our cancellation policies, please do not hesitate to contact our team.

These cancellation policies are designed to provide clarity and flexibility for our customers while maintaining our commitment to providing high quality service.

 

Billing Policy:

  1. It is important that it be requested within the month that the service was performed.
  2. Please send email to info@doportotravel.com
  3. Send a copy of the tax identification card to prepare said invoice in PDF format.
  4. Send a copy of the reservation coupon and indicate the payment method you used at the time of your purchase. Likewise if it was a credit or debit card.
  5. 5.- If the complete information does not arrive, the invoice cannot be prepared.
